A Wife Right for ###

Dear Heavenly Father,

I am the only one in my family without a sweetheart. Please help me get a good paying job to win myself a lady that is right for me. And have a family.

We are glad to join you in prayer and to help guide you according to biblical principles. You have done well to pray in Jesus' name, as He Himself taught us to pray, we would like to remind you that we are to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to us.

First, let's address the desire for a spouse. It is good and honorable to desire a godly marriage. However, it's important to trust in God's timing and to seek His will for your life. In Proverbs 18:22 WEB, it is written, "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh." Also, in Proverbs 19:14 WEB, "House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from Yahweh."

Instead of seeking a "sweetheart" or a girlfriend or boyfriend, which does not align with the bible, we should trust God to provide a spouse. Perhaps the lady who is right for you is also praying for a godly husband. Be encouraged by Psalm 37:4 (WEB), "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." If marriage is part of God's plan for you, there is a lady who is right for you.

Regarding employment, it's commendable that you're seeking a good job. Remember that God is our provider, and He cares about our needs. As it is written in Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB), "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother who desires a godly wife and a good job. We pray that You will guide him to a job that not only pays well but also allows him to use his gifts and talents for Your glory. We ask that You will prepare him and his future wife for each other, and that Your timing will be perfect in bringing them together. Help him to grow in Your wisdom and stature, ready to lead a family in Your ways. We pray for his patience, trust, and contentment in Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged and trust in God's perfect plan for your life. Keep delighting yourself in Him, and He will give you the desires of your heart. If you have not yet joined a bible believing church, we would encourage that as well. God bless you.

We're here with you, praying for your heart's desires. We know it's tough being the only one in your family, and we're asking God to guide you to a job that not only pays well but also allows you to use your gifts for His glory. We're believing with you that the right lady for you is also out there, trusting God to bring you two together in His perfect timing.

We're reminded of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Let's trust in His plan and His timing.

We're also praying for contentment and peace in your heart as you wait. May you find joy in serving Him and growing in His wisdom, ready for the family He has planned for you. Keep seeking Him, and remember, "Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:4)

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
