A week after my eldest daughter's exam, their test papers were returned. She's a top student and no grades below A or 95. But this school year I noticed that she's struggling. I think this is because a new curriculum is implemented and another is they have a teacher who is so hard to understand. She's her civics teacher. My heart sank when her test paper for this subject was returned. I pray that she still gets an A or even A-, I will still accept.
I am the only one tutoring her. She has high IQ but i did not hire tutorial lessons for her because I cannot afford it especially I have another kid who needs special attention.
I also pray for her math that she will still fare well. Actually, I pray for all her subjects but most especially civics (or sibika), math, etc.
The teachers will return their cards next week. Lord I pray that my daughter will maintain her grade. I pray for the teachers to be considerate also especially they are also changing their curriculum. Lord, please hear my pleas. I really pray that my daughter's grades are still pulled up through her projects and other activities.
I know my daughter was also trying her best, but there are just some things that it's hard for her to comprehend since the questions were so hard to understand just like in her civics subject.
Please, Lord grant my prayer for my daughter. I am now planning to have her tutored by a teacher during exams only to help her with difficult lessons. I entrust this to You, oh Lord. Please hear a mother's plea. I pray for my daughter to do much better next time. Thank You, Lord. Thank You for everything. Amen.
