We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you and your son are facing right now. It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea (Psalm 46:1-2, WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Tachick and her son Jakeb. Lord, You know the depths of their struggles and the heaviness in their hearts. We pray that You would wrap Your loving arms around them and grant Jakeb healing, both mentally and physically.
Father, if it is Your will, please help Jakeb to find the strength to get out of bed, to experience moments of joy today, and to prepare for his work tomorrow. Guide him through this darkness and lead him to Your light.
Lord, we also pray for Tachick. Grant her the wisdom to support her son, the strength to endure this trial, and the peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to rest in the knowledge that You are faithful, and You are in control.
In all things, we pray that You will be glorified. If Tachick and Jakeb have not already, we pray that they would turn to Jesus Christ, who is the ultimate healer and counselor.
It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can have access to God.
And it is only through Jesus Christ that we can be saved.
Lord, heal and save them both.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Tachick, remember that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much (James 5:16, WEB). Keep praying, keep believing, and keep trusting in the Lord. He hears your prayers and He cares for you and your son.
Lastly, we encourage you to invite Jesus Christ into your hearts. For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow his steps (1 Peter 2:21).
