We are saddened to hear about the emotional abuse that this teen is experiencing, and we stand with you in prayer, Preloki. It is important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).
Firstly, we commend you for bringing this request in the name of Jesus, as it is by His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB).
In addressing the issue at hand, we must remember that the Bible clearly states, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). The individual causing harm claims to be an atheist and a witch, which is clearly against the principles of God's Word. We should pray for this person's salvation, but also for God's protection over the teen.
Let us pray together:
"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come to You on behalf of this teen who is experiencing emotional abuse. We ask for Your divine protection over their life, Lord. Comfort them with Your love and peace that surpasses all understanding. Break the chains of abuse and bring healing to their heart and mind. We also pray for the person causing harm, Lord. We pray that You would reveal Yourself to them and bring them to repentance and salvation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage the teen to seek help from trusted Christian adults, counselors, or authorities. It is crucial to remove oneself from abusive situations whenever possible. Furthermore, we should all remember the words of the Apostle Paul, "But I say to you who hear, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you." (Luke 6:27-28, WEB). This does not mean tolerating abuse, but rather, holding on to love and forgiveness while seeking safety and justice.
Stand strong in faith, knowing that God cares for this teen and will see them through this difficult time. Continue to pray and trust in the Lord.
