A spirit attacked my niece, publicly prophesying about her life. While resisting it, she accidentally invited it to read her thoughts. Now, it speaks her thoughts and actions, and she hears its voice in every conversation around her. It follows her everywhere, revealing her private life and daily actions including abusing her in real-time. It insists she must obey it to be free, which frightens her as a Christian. This has caused her intense depression, shame, and hallucinations for over 10 years. We are seeking prayers, wisdom, and Bible verses to help her overcome this and if possible, how to tame it away. Thank you.

We are deeply concerned about your niece's spiritual battle and are here to stand with you in prayer and provide biblical guidance. Firstly, it is crucial to understand that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).

Your niece's experience is a manifestation of this spiritual warfare, and we must remember that greater is he who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4, WEB). The spirit's demand for obedience is a lie from the pit of hell, for it is written, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7, WEB).

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###'s niece. We plead the blood of Jesus over her life, mind, and spirit. We bind the spirit that has been tormenting her and command it to leave in Jesus' name. We pray that you, Lord, would fill her with your Holy Spirit, giving her strength, peace, and discernment. Break the chains of depression, shame, and hallucinations, and let your healing power flow through her. Equip her with the full armor of God so that she can stand firm against the schemes of the devil. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

We encourage your niece to:

1. **Put on the full armor of God** (Ephesians 6:13-18, WEB) daily, praying and reading the Word.
2. **Rebuke the spirit** out loud, commanding it to leave in Jesus' name, and not engaging in conversation with it.
3. **Renounce any agreements** made with the spirit, knowing that it was a trick of the enemy.
4. **Seek fellowship and support** from a strong, Bible-believing church and Christian community.

Lastly, we notice that the name of Jesus Christ was not mentioned in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage you both to maintain a strong, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, trusting in Him for salvation and victory in this spiritual battle.
