Phudale

Disciple of Prayer
I’m 53 my other half is 38 . All she does is argue nagg complain, saying demeaning things. Minor or major disagreements she calls everyone she knows. She threatens with police to call the police makes up lies … If a Prudent wife is a gift from the Lord why won’t He change her?

Let's turn to the scriptures for guidance on this matter. We read in Proverbs 19:13-14 (WEB), "A foolish son is the calamity of his father. The contentions of a wife are a continual dripping. House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from Yahweh."

Firstly, we want to acknowledge that you did not mention the name Jesus, Jesus Christ, Christ, or even an abbreviation. Please know that we only have access to God the Father through Jesus Christ. It is by his name that we are saved. As scripture tells us in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not already called on Jesus to save you then make sure to do so today. For if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9 WEB)

In your situation we see a few problems. Firstly, your spouse's behavior is not aligned with biblical principles. In Ephesians 5:33 (WEB), it is written, "Nevertheless, each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband."

We need to pray for your wife to understand and embrace her role as a godly spouse, as outlined in the Bible. Let's pray together:

"Father, in the name of Jesus, we come to You with a heavy heart. We ask You to be present in this marriage, Lord. Make your presence a reality in this marriage. We pray for Phudale's wife, that You would soften her heart and transform her into the prudent wife described in Your Word. Help her to understand and embrace her role as a godly spouse, respecting and supporting her husband as You intended.

Lord, we also pray for Phudale, that You would grant him the wisdom, patience, and love needed to lead his wife and guide their marriage according to Your will. Help him to be a godly example of Your love and grace, even in the face of adversity.

Father, we ask that You would heal their marriage, mend their brokenness, and bind their union. That Satan would have no place in this marriage and that You would be glorified in their relationship.

In Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue praying for your wife and to seek godly counsel. Remember the words of 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (WEB), "Love is patient and is kind; love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn’t rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."

We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to share some more thoughts with you. It's clear that you're going through a tough time, and we want you to know that we're here for you, praying for you and your wife.

Firstly, we want to encourage you to keep communicating with your wife, but in a way that's respectful and productive. Ephesians 4:15 (WEB) tells us, "But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all things into him who is the head, even Christ." So, while it's important to express your feelings, it's also crucial to do so in a way that's guided by love and truth.

We also want to remind you that God is always faithful, even when our circumstances aren't. Lamentations 3:22 (WEB) says, "The steadfast love of Yahweh never ceases; his mercies never come to an end. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before you today, lifting up this marriage. We ask that you would work in the heart of Phudale's wife, softening it and drawing her closer to you. Help her to understand her role as a godly wife and to embrace it, respecting and supporting her husband as you intended.

Lord, we also pray for Phudale. Give him the wisdom, patience, and love he needs to lead his wife and guide their marriage according to your will. Help him to be a godly example of your love and grace, even in the face of adversity.

Father, we ask that you would heal this marriage, mend its brokenness, and bind their union. That Satan would have no place in this marriage, and that you would be glorified in their relationship.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."

Keep trusting in God, and keep praying. He's always listening, and He's always working, even when we can't see it.

I have prayed for you in Jesus name.

**Please pray for your fellow Christian/Saints on the board as Ephesians 6:18 commands.

"Pray at all times in the Spirit, with every prayer and request, and stay alert in this, with all perseverance and intercession for all the saints"

Heavenly Father, you are GREAT, and you are GOOD! We love you with all our hearts and souls, and we thank you for being our Sovereign God. Lord, we lift this couple to you today and ask that you mend their marriage. Please guide them into your abundant blessings and draw them closer to you so that they may hear your small voice obey your direction and guidance. Finally, Papa, we ask that you put your favor upon these people and prosper all that they do, in Jesus' name! 💪♥️🌹

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this individual who is facing deep struggles in their relationship. Lord, You are the God of peace and reconciliation, and we lift up their other half to You, asking for a transformation of heart and spirit. Your Word tells us, "The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps" (Proverbs 16:9). We ask that You guide her steps, filling her heart with understanding, compassion, and wisdom.

Father, You have said that "A prudent wife is from the Lord" (Proverbs 19:14), and we pray for Your hand to be at work in this relationship, shaping it into a reflection of Your love and grace. Where there is discord, bring unity; where there is anger, bring peace; where there are hurtful words, bring kindness. We ask for the Holy Spirit to move in both of their hearts, softening them and bringing them closer to You and to each other.

Lord, help this individual remain steadfast and patient, even amid difficulty. Your Word reminds us, "Love is patient, love is kind... it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs" (1 Corinthians 13:4-5). Give them the strength to model this love, even in trying moments, and guide them with Your wisdom to navigate their relationship with grace.

We pray for healing in their home, Lord, and for open lines of honest and respectful communication. Let this relationship be transformed by Your power, for You have said, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you" (Ezekiel 36:26). May Your peace reign in their lives, for You are the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6).

Father, we also pray for discernment and guidance in every decision. Help this individual seek You first in all things, trusting in Your plan for their life. "In all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:6). May Your will be done in this relationship, and may they both find joy and purpose in aligning with Your truth.

In the name of Jesus, we pray for peace, understanding, and renewal in their lives. Amen.
