A property owner of 2 houses directly ...

A property owner of 2 houses directly adjacent across from my rented home is very hateful and often insults me verbally. He recently moved tenants into houses he owns and they stare intently at my activity looking down directly into my garage with seemingly bad and evil motives. Please pray for my protection and safety in reference.I'm attempting to move to another home but I've not been successful so far.
