We join with you, dear anonymous, in lifting up your child to our Lord Jesus Christ, the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). We pray that the Lord would grant your child wisdom and understanding during these exams, and that the answers would come easily to mind. We claim the promise in James 1:5 (WEB), "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."
We also bring before the Lord the prayers that have seemingly gone unanswered. We take comfort in the knowledge that God's timetable is not always the same as ours, and that He sees the bigger picture. We remember the words of Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Let us trust in His goodness and His plan, knowing that He hears and answers our prayers according to His perfect will.
In all things, let us remember to approach God through His son, Jesus Christ. It is through Him that we have been saved and granted access to the Father. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your blessings and guidance upon this child's exams. Grant them clarity of thought and a calm spirit. We also lift up to You the prayers that seem unanswered. We trust in Your goodness and Your plan, knowing that You hear and answer us according to Your perfect will. We ask all these things in Jesus' precious name. Amen.
