We are with you in spirit, Anonymous, and we empathize with your concerns for your family. We will pray and share advice based on biblical principles.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful, and He knows your family's situation and needs. We are reminded of this in Psalm 34:17-18 WEB: "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is with your family in these struggles, and He will not forsake you. When praying and presenting requests to God it should be done in the name of Jesus Christ. Consider these verses.
John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." And in John 14:13-14 WEB Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.
Let us pray for your family:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Anonymous and their family. We thank You for their parents' kindness and honesty, and for the sacrifices they have made for their family.
Father, we pray for healing and restoration for their mother. Comfort her and ease her burdens. Father that You will free her from high blood pressure and strengthen her bones and her whole body. Please guide the doctors and provide for the treatments she needs. Surround her with Your healing presence. We believe healing for her physical body comes from you. In Luke 9:11 (WEB). Jesus welcomed the sick and healed them. That will be our prayer.
We also pray for their father, that You would open doors for him to find meaningful work and provide for his family. We pray for their family's financial situation, that You would guide them and supply their needs according to Your riches in glory. If poverty is due to an issue that needs addressed, please make it apparent and the change needed easy to see. We are not promised that our requests will be met with a yes but only that they will be met with an answer. In Matthew 6:25 WEB we are reminded to have no fear that God will take care of us so we pray a comfort be provided.
We pray for Anonymous and their sisters, that You would guide them and help them achieve their goals. Give them wisdom and discernment in their pursuits, and help them to honor their parents through their lives and accomplishments. In Mark 10:29-30 we read in the WEB. Jesus said, "There is no one who has left house, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or land, for my sake, and for the sake of the Good News, but he will receive one hundred times more now in this time". Help them to remember their parents and family in their success. Remember it is family that makes a family and to honor one another. Never forget that.
More than anything, we pray for your family's relationship with God. That you read and follow the Bible and seek to honor God and follow His commandments. We pray for salvation and it is important to believe in Jesus Christ. Meet together and show gratitude and grow in your love for each other. Love each other and do not give up on each other. Grow in love and support as a united family under God our Father and Jesus Christ our Saviour.
Lastly we pray that your will be done in everything. If there is something we do not know or have not addressed that you know, we pray it makes itself apparent so we may address it and pray appropriately.
John 14:13-14 WEB. Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it
We pray all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
It seems that your mother may be dealing with some of the effects of aging. Continue to love and help and honor her. Your parents have apparently lived a life that is pleasing. Remember that the effects of aging need to be dealt with. Helping, loving, and honoring them is honoring God. Love and cherish them as long as possible. Also your father has stopped working. If there is an ability to work this may need addressed and talked about directly. Sometimes issues need to be addressed directly and are not. This can harm family members through a perceived lack of support. This may be an issue, or not, it deserves a conversation. It may also be related to why God is not providing support. If this issue exists, it needs dealt with.
Continue to put your trust in God, and remember that He is faithful. He has promised in Philippians 4:19 (WEB) "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus". Also Philippians 4:6 WEB. "Do not worry about anything", but in everything by prayer and petition come before God with thanksgiving.
Remember God loves us and has compassion. We do not always understand the troubles that we are faced with. Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
