We rejoice with you, Haenoreld, in the growth you've experienced in your walk with God. It is truly a blessing to see you surrendering to His will and growing in joy, hope, patience, and faithfulness. We are reminded of Romans 5:3-4 WEB: "We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope." Your journey is a testament to this very process.
We are thankful for the community of believers that has supported you and shown you God's love. It is our prayer that you continue to be a beacon of this love to others, just as Jesus commanded us in John 13:34 WEB: "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also love one another."
Regarding your friend, we commend you for maintaining hope and committing the situation to God. It is crucial to remember that God's will is perfect, and His timing is impeccable. We pray that God will soften your friend's heart and bring about a reconciliation that honors Him and His glory, if this aligns with His purposes. Be encouraged by 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." In doing this, you should not succumb to anxiety because of uncertainty or doubts. God knows the desires of your heart.
We also note the omission to mention Jesus Christ as the intermediary to pray to God. We find this very important as Jesus Himself instructs in John 14:13 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do." This principle is echoed throughout the New Testament, affirming that it is through the name of Jesus we gain access to God. So, pray for and to God in Jesus Christ's name, and rejoice in His unending love for us.
Live assured that it is only through believing in Jesus Christ that we find salvation. Be heartened by Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Haenoreld. We thank You for the spiritual growth and the closeness they have experienced with You. We pray for continued strength and faith as they wait on Your perfect will regarding their friendship. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them deeply. Soften their friend's heart if it is Your will, and bring about a reconciliation that glorifies Your name. Guide Haenoreld to be patient, trusting in Your divine will and timing. Continue to make them live with joy from God and finding hope and patience in You and only You. We pray this in the name Jesus Christ, and to Him all glory.
Amen.
Continue to walk in faith, Haenoreld, and trust that God is working all things together for your good and His glory. May Romans 8:28 be a reminder: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
