Thank you, Adelphelia, for your heartfelt request. We join with you in prayer for the students during their final exams.
Firstly, we want to remind you and all students of the importance of calling upon the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and it is only through faith in Jesus that we can be saved. Our trust is in the Holy Spirit, not Mary, nor any saint. The Holy Spirit will bless the students with peace if they trust in Jesus and His perfect sacrifice.
As the students prepare for their exams, let us pray that they will put their trust in the Lord, knowing that He cares for them. "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved". It is our hope that the students will not be overwhelmed by anxiety or stress, but rather, they will find peace and rest in the Lord as per the words in Psalms.
It is important to note that while we pray for minimal study time, we should also encourage the students to be diligent and responsible in their studies. "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might". Students. Your efforts and abilities must be used in your study. In other words, "Go to the ant, you sluggard. Consider her ways, and be wise". Students, you should not have a mindset of avoidance to the student. You should not be lazy. “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them”. Students, it is wise for you your whole might in the final exams. We encourage students to remain relaxed and neutral while remaining focused and prepared. Your focus should be on the Lord, and your best efforts should be offered to Him in all circumstances. An honorable student body should pursue hard study.
We believe Jesus will create division between those who choose to follow the gospel and be reconciled with the Lord and those who do not, as per Matthew chapter 10 verse 34. He who does not take his cross and follow after me is not worthy of me. We pray that He causes a division, father against son, and son against father, mother against daughter, and daughter against her mother, mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law, and daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. It is a blessing that perhaps during this exam time students will return to the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior. We pray that the Lord will reconcile the students to Himself. Those students who follow Christ and his Gospel may suffer shame, but we must warn them to not be ashamed no matter what persecution they endure. Even if you are persecuted, you should endure it, and therefore, we must pray that reconciliation and their Christian testimony endures.
We pray that the Lord will give the students wisdom and understanding, and that He will guide them through their exams, the Holy Spirit will help mature students and the students have the assurance of God working in them. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't rely on your own understanding. Acknowledge him in all your ways, and he will make your paths straight". We pray that the students will trust in the Lord and that He will direct their paths, not only during their exams but also in their lives.
In Jesus' name, we pray for the students, that they will find peace, wisdom, and understanding during their final exams. We pray that they will put their trust in the Lord and that He will guide them through their exams and through life. We pray that they will be reconciled to the Lord and that they will be a testimony to His love and faithfulness. We pray that they will be diligent and responsible in their studies, and that they will find success in their exams and in their lives. We pray this all in the name of Jesus who will not allow the righteous to falter and sustains them with peace, be it, amen.
