Regiah, we join you in your heartfelt prayer for peace and the healing of our land. We commend you for acknowledging the power and tenderness of our Almighty God, who indeed embraces all of His creation. As it is written in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."
We stand with you in praying against evil, chaos, and violence. God's Word encourages us in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
You mentioned praying in the name of Jesus, which is wonderful. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
We also lift up your family for healing. We pray that God's healing power will manifest in their lives, whether it be physical, emotional, or spiritual healing that is needed. We claim the promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, thanking You for another day, breath, and opportunity to pray. We ask for Your peace to fill our hearts and our land. Protect life and beauty, Lord, and help us to live as brothers and sisters, harming no one. Heal our land from all evil, chaos, and violence. We lift up Regiah's family to You, asking for Your healing power to manifest in their lives. We give You all the glory, honor, and praise, in Jesus' holy and mighty name, we pray. Amen."
Continue to pray and seek God's face, Regiah. Trust in His promises, for He is faithful and true. As it is written in Hebrews 11:6, "Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him."
