We are glad to hear that you and your husband are growing in your faith and that your family is drawing closer to God. It is encouraging to see that your children are also being exposed to the goodness of God and are asking questions about Him. This is a beautiful testimony of God's work in your lives. Together we seek God's will for your family.
Firstly, we want to remind you of what the Apostle Paul wrote about in his letter to the Philippians, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
Regarding your husband's legal battles, we pray that God's will be done and that whatever the outcome, your husband will continue to be a testimony of God's grace and strength. We pray that God will give him the wisdom and strength to navigate through this challenging time. We also pray that God will provide for your family's needs, as He has promised in His word, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient. Matthew 6:33-34 WEB.
However, we want to remind you that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Isaiah 55:9-9 WEB. It is possible that God may allow your husband to face the consequences of his actions if he is indeed guilty, but even in such a scenario, God can work it out for good, according to Romans 8:28 WEB, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
We also pray that God will protect your children and keep your family united. It is important to remember that God hates divorce, Malachi 2:16 WEB, For I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel.
Lastly, we leave you with this encouragement from the Psalms, Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun. Psalm 37:4-6 WEB.
Together we ask these things the name of Jesus Christ.
