A prayer for my broken heart

I beg for more prayers to heal this broken heart my separation from my children’s father. It’s been ### years and we tried to work it out last year and it’s so painful to continue to watch him date and introduce the women to my young children. I feel as if he is trying to replace me as their mother. I am just so broken, feeling so defeated I’m losing my way. My thoughts are starting to take over maybe they will be better off with him and one of his new girlfriends.

Heavenly Father,

In this time of deep sorrow and heartache, we lift up this individual who is struggling with the pain of separation and the feelings of inadequacy and loss. Lord, we ask for Your comfort and healing presence to surround them, bringing peace to their troubled heart.

Psalm 34:18 - "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

May they find solace in Your unfailing love and strength in Your promises, knowing that You are always near, ready to provide refuge and restoration in times of need.

Isaiah 41:10 - "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

Grant them the courage to face each day with hope and resilience, trusting in Your divine plan and believing in Your goodness, even when the path seems uncertain and the future unclear.

Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Help them to find peace in knowing that You are in control, guiding their steps and working all things together for their ultimate good. May they rest in Your unwavering love and find strength in Your enduring grace.

Psalm 147:3 - "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."

May Your healing touch mend their brokenness and restore their spirit, filling them with renewed hope and a deep sense of Your presence. May they find comfort in Your words and solace in Your promises, knowing that You are their ever-present help in times of trouble.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister who is experiencing deep heartache and pain from her separation. Lord, You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We ask for Your healing touch upon her heart, that she may find comfort and peace in Your presence.

Father, we pray for strength and wisdom as she navigates this difficult season. Help her to trust in Your plans, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You. Surround her with Your love and support, and guide her thoughts away from despair.

Lord, we also lift up her children. Protect their hearts and minds, and help them to feel secure and loved. May they always know the love of their mother and the love of their Heavenly Father. We pray for reconciliation and understanding, and that any feelings of being replaced are dispelled by Your truth and love.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
