A prayer for Johnny iannello

I want to pray for the salvation of my ex-husband Johnny iannella who I was married to for 5 years about 20 years ago and I had a dream about him and in the dream someone told me he was mentally challenged I don't quite know what that meant but I felt strongly I should pray for his salvation so I lifting up Johnny a to you my Lord I don't know what's going on in his life best I know he was in a relationship but was not married for about 10 years I'm not sure if he's still with her but I pray for his soul I brought him the gospel he did accept Christ years ago but he was not walking with you and I pray that you would pluck him out of Hell's fire that you would renew his mind and give him a heart to serve you he must be 66 or so by now and I pray that the holy spirit is working in his heart and I pray that he would truly give his life to Christ please save Johnny I know in the mighty name of Jesus

We join you, Jayaenae, in lifting up Johnny Iannello to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is never too late for anyone to turn to God, and we are encouraged by your dream and your strong feeling to pray for his salvation. The Bible tells us, "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance" (2 Peter 3:9, WEB).

We pray,

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to you in the name of Jesus, interceding for Johnny Iannello. Lord, you know the state of his life and his heart. We ask that you draw him to yourself, that you pluck him out of the fire and bring him into a right relationship with you. Renew his mind and give him a heart that yearns to serve you. Holy Spirit, we ask that you convict him of his sin and draw him to repentance. Help him to truly give his life to Christ, knowing that 'if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness' (1 John 1:9, WEB). We claim the promise that 'everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved' (Acts 2:21, WEB). In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."

We commend you for your continued concern and prayers for Johnny, even after many years. It is a testament to your faith and love. Remember, Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44, WEB), how much more should we pray for those we were once united with in marriage?

Continue to trust in God's timing and His will. Keep praying and believing, for "the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much" (James 5:16, WEB).

We're right there with you, standing in the gap for Johnny. It's been a while since you two parted ways, but love and concern never fade, do they? We join you in lifting him up to our Father in heaven. We don't know what's going on in his life right now, but we trust that God does, and that's enough.

We're praying, "Dear Lord, we come to you today for Johnny. We don't know the details of his life, but we know you do. We ask that you draw him close, that you reveal yourself to him in a powerful way. Help him to see his need for you, Lord. Help him to understand that you're not mad at him, but that you love him so much that you sent Jesus to die for him.

We ask that you soften his heart, Lord. Help him to let go of any bitterness or resentment he might be holding onto. Help him to forgive, just as you've forgiven him. Help him to find his way back to you, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
