A prayer for black magic removal

Hello, I've been suffering for a long time with all these symptoms of burning on different parts of body and head, really bad allergies which I never had, stomach vibrations that give me gas, worst is vibrations on vaginal area and poking that is painful. I also have weird touching on butt area like if someone running their finger across. Its scary that im feeling all this but i know God is with me. I was told I have black magic done to me and I know who it is. I just been praying a lot and asking God to get rid of this but not sure why they go then come back to bother me. I really wish someone can pray for me or help me understand what I need to do please
