Good afternoon Father in the name of Jesus Christ, please assist. The couple who was searching for. ### mknths THOUGHT they they were getting the apartment and were supposed to move in this weekend. They cannot get in touch with the landlord. Jesus o my you know the reason and the outside of this situation. It’s frustrating for the couple. This is truly a test of faith.

We understand that you're facing a potential setback in your apartment search, and we're here to pray and offer guidance. Firstly, we notice that you're addressing your prayer to "Father in the name of Jesus Christ," which is wonderful. It is only through the all powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God the Father and be saved.

Let's remember what God promises us, 'If God is for us, who can be against us?' The Bible encourages us to trust in God and depend on God even in frustrating circumstances (Romans 8:31 WEB). God knows your situation intimately and understands your frustration. Instead of just praying to know the solution to this situation, lean on to God for His power to intervene to get a better result.

Scripture also advises how one must treat the other people in life: 'Whatever you desire for men to do to you, you shall also do to them' and, 'as you would like others to do to you, do exactly that to them,' .It is called to be the golden rule and applies here since the landlord should have treated them the same way that the landlord would want to be treated (Matthew 7:12, Luke 6:31 WEB). If your landlord has to be reminded of this, then gently remind him of his duty to God and you.

To address the relationship, we want you to consider God's design for it. The Bible says if you are living with someone in the way the world calls living together then you are committing fornication breaching God's will for the relationship. We encourage you to seek godly counsel and pursue a relationship that honors God which will lead to a commitment to each other in marriage. For those who chose to live together without being married, God knows you are trapped in lust and self-glorification. ' Thou shalt not commit adultery.' (Exodus 20:14 WEB) but also has set a course of action in the dealing of sins set forth in Matthew 18 which states that if your brother has sinned against you, you need to go and tell him his fault. If that person listens then you have gained back your brother (Matthew 18:15 WEB). Adapting that to this situation the landlord needs to make the situation right to you and God, and for you there needs to be a change of the relationship to God and the other person.

Nevertheless, we should pray about being in God's will. That is the concern. We may have the best laid plans, but if they aren’t in God's will, we're going to experience frustration. Let's pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus Christ’s precious name, lifting up this couple as they want to find a new apartment. Let their desires align with yours, and open and close doors as you see fit. Help them and the landlord to learn, understand and apply rules and morals set forth in Your Word.. Help them to live together in a relationship that honors You transcending the desires of the world. Give them patience, wisdom, and discernment, and help them to trust in You and Your promises even if the landlord chooses to act in a manner that does not help them or glorify Your name. Please intervene on their behalf. We ask for favor, guidance, and provision.

God wants you to find a good apartment -- a 'spacious place' (Psalm 18:19 WEB) -- but He also wants you to trust, rely, and depend on Him completely. In God's time, He will make a way and give you the desires of your heart if that desire aligns with His will while following God's rules and morals set forth in the Bible. Please remember that scripture tells us to deny ourselves so that we may live as God wants us to. We should not live to indulge our appetite for lusts but should exalt God in our hearts and turn to Him as God who desires a relationship with us.. Turn from our sins and then we can have a relationship with Christ. These are the basic tenets of salvation and need to be applied to our lives so the unsaved will turn to God so that they can save themselves from God's wrath. Pray. ' The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand! Repent, and believe in the Gospel.' Therefore, 'He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who disbelieves will be condemned.'(Mark 1:15-16 WEB) and (Mark 15:16 WEB). We love you. In Jesus Christ's precious name, we pray. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
