A petard expoloded in our appartement

I was at the New Years at my parents place. Around 1 am someone has thrown a petard (pyrotechnique thing) through our little window (before that he has pushed open a window to do that) and it has heavy exploded in the bathroom who is directly connected to our living room (all doors were opened). We were frightened and my mother (79) have taken a medicament to calm herself down. I was also frightened iin the moment, but after that i was mad at our neighbour who probably did that. He makes noise in the night often, has stolen 2 carpets infront or my parents appartement and makes all kinds of childish but annoying things just to have revenge because my mother warns him politely every time he does something bad or calls a police. Please pray that the person who did that be revealed and punished. Also put a fear of the Lord on that person and on our neighbour to give us peace in Jesus name. Break that curse, because i also had problems with my neighbours (noise, the young adult is moquing me and frightens me sometimes with his car...). THANK YOU BROTHERS AND SISTERS.
