A person stalk me and my sister ...

A person stalk me and my sister when no one is around he takes off his under garments and flash.we are really scared we can't walk freely around our house or on the way to our house.he stare us in a very creepy way even when people are around and follow us when ever he see us .i talked about this situation with my parents but they are scared ,if they do anything and he became more provokative . please pray for us to be saved from this situation
