Beloved of All
Lord please remove this person from the place of making schedules for duties in the school (in halls). This female person is making me so frustrated and angry. She puts me in duties when it's difficult for me. I have duties 8 times in a month. And before she came I had 1-2 times in a month.

Lord please I am so nervous because of it. I have digestive issues more often than usual. I wake up every morning and I ask myself, do I have duties today?? And this person is not responding to my pleas and suggestions of one particular person who is in charge for all schedules. She holds grudges against me and is stubborn, arrogant, and very manipulative. I am concerned because the stress is making me eat more and I notice I have gained weight last month or two. Lord please.

Also I have problems with my stubborn mom (old 88) and is starting to have dementia and makes chaos and confusion that my brother and me must resolve; we lose time and energy a lot. Above all of that my father has multiple health issues and my mother takes care for him. I don't know what to do because I suspect that soon she will not be able to do that anymore. Also she will not be able to make decisions and make the last will in a condition like this or to cooperate with the lawyer if needed. Times go by and she doesn't want to cooperate; she stalls/delays everything. All questions are unresolved including their care - senior home or professional help, it's complicated; they don't want senior home... Lord please GUIDE ME AND GIVE ME SOLUTIONS FROM THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN in both cases.

Natasha, we understand that you are facing challenges both at work and at home. Let's address these issues together in prayer and through biblical guidance.

Firstly, regarding the situation at school, we must remember that God calls us to respect and honor those in authority, even when it is difficult. "Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the unreasonable. For it is commendable if someone bears up under the pain of unjust suffering because they are conscious of God" (1 Peter 2:18-19 WEB). However, this does not mean that we should not address legitimate concerns.

It is important to approach this situation with wisdom and grace. "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one" (Colossians 4:6 WEB). We encourage you to pray for this person and to seek a peaceful resolution. "If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men" (Romans 12:18 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s situation at school. Lord, we ask that You soften the heart of this person who is causing frustration and anger. Help ### to approach this situation with wisdom, grace, and patience. Guide her steps and give her the words to speak. We pray that You would remove this burden from ### if it is Your will, and that You would replace it with peace and joy.

Now, regarding your mother's health and the challenges you are facing at home, we want to assure you that God cares deeply for you and your family. "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved" (Psalm 55:22 WEB).

It is important to remember that God honors those who honor their parents. "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God is giving you" (Exodus 20:12 WEB). Caring for aging parents can be a significant burden, but it is also an opportunity to show Christ's love and compassion.

We encourage you to seek godly counsel and wisdom as you navigate these challenges. "Without counsel, plans go wrong, but with many advisers, they succeed" (Proverbs 15:22 WEB). This may mean reaching out to other believers, pastors, or professional caregivers for support and advice.

Let us pray together:

Dear Lord Jesus,

We lift up ###'s family to You, asking for Your guidance, wisdom, and strength. Lord, we pray for healing for ###'s father and for wisdom as ### and her brother care for their parents. Help them to make decisions that honor You and that are in the best interest of their parents. Give them patience, love, and compassion as they navigate these challenges.

Finally, ###, we want to remind you that God is faithful and that He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).

Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith. "Looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God" (Hebrews 12:2 WEB).

Remember, it is in the name of Jesus that our prayers are made. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

In closing, let us pray together:

Dear Lord Jesus,

We thank You for ### and for her heart to serve You. Lord, we ask that You would guide her steps, give her wisdom, and help her to fix her eyes on You. Help her to remember that You are faithful, and that You will never leave her nor forsake her. Give her peace, joy, and strength as she navigates these challenges.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Dear Natasha,

We've been thinking about you and your situation. It's tough dealing with someone who's causing you stress at work, and on top of that, you've got the challenges at home with your parents. We want you to know that we're here for you, praying for you and with you.

At work, it's important to remember that God calls us to love and respect others, even when they're difficult to work with. We should strive to be like Jesus, who loved even those who crucified Him. Let's pray for this person, asking God to soften their heart and change their attitude. We also pray that God would remove this burden from you, if it's His will, and replace it with peace and joy.

As for your parents, we know it's a lot to handle. Caring for aging parents is a big responsibility, but it's also an opportunity to show God's love. We pray for wisdom and guidance as you navigate these challenges. Remember, God promises to sustain you and never let the righteous be moved.

Let's keep trusting in God, fixing our eyes on Him. He's faithful and will never leave us nor forsake us. We're here for you, Natasha. Keep fighting the good fight, and remember, you're not alone.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
