We are truly sorry to hear that you experienced such pain on a day that should have been filled with joy and celebration. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to grant you a peaceful birthday this year, surrounded by people who truly care for you.
Firstly, we commend you for going no contact with those who harmed you. It is wise to protect your heart and mind from those who would seek to cause you harm. As it is written in Psalm 34:13-14, Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking lies. Depart from evil, and do good. Seek peace, and pursue it.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear sibling who has experienced pain and turmoil on a day that should have been filled with joy. Lord, we ask that You grant them a peaceful birthday this year. Surround them with people who truly love and care for them, and let Your peace fill their heart.
We ask that You heal any wounds that may still linger from last year's events, and help them to forgive those who have harmed them, just as You forgive us. Guide their steps and help them to make wise decisions about who they allow into their life.
Lord, we know that Your will is for us to live in peace with all people, as much as it depends on us. So, we ask that You work in the hearts of those who have caused harm, that they may repent and seek forgiveness. But ultimately, Lord, we ask that You protect our sibling from any further harm.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, knowing that You hear our prayers and that You are faithful to answer. Amen.
Remember, the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Trust in Him, and He will give you the desires of your heart. We encourage you to continue to seek God's will for your life, and to trust that He has a plan and a purpose for you.
As you prepare for your birthday, focus on the goodness of God and the love that surrounds you. Do not let the actions of others steal your joy. Instead, rejoice in the Lord always, and again we say, rejoice!
