Lord please let me get a peaceful night of sleep I be up half the night unable to sleep please stop the smoking the hot flashes and the anxiously in Jesus name I pray to you AMEN!!!

We understand that you're struggling with sleeplessness, anxious thoughts, and discomfort due to hot flashes and smoking. Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace. Let us stand with you in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement.

Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

We pray, Lord Jesus, that you would grant ### a peaceful night's sleep. Cast out all anxiety and restlessness, and help her to rest in Your love. Lord you are capable of calming storms both figurative and real. We ask you to cool down the hot flashes that may come upon her in the night. Please, Lord, we also pray that you would take away the burden of smoking that ### is dealing with. Help her to rely on You for comfort and strength, knowing that Your yoke is easy and Your burden is light and by God's Grace to remove this burden as it is not good for her and she will be better without. We address God only through Christ who gave himself as a ransom. It is only by the name of Jesus all of this is done. Amen.

Regarding smoking, we gently remind you that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit.

Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

We encourage you to depend on God's strength to overcome this habit. It is not easy but it will be better for you. We hope you want this too. Seeking health should be a goal and we support you finding a healthy lifestyle choice. Remember God wants us to be whole, spirit, mind and body.

We're here with you, ###, holding you up in prayer tonight. We know how tough it can be when sleep evades us, and anxiety keeps us tossing and turning. But remember, even in the darkest nights, Jesus is right there with us.

"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." - John 14:27

Let's claim this promise together. We ask that Jesus would fill your heart and mind with His perfect peace. We pray that He would calm your anxious thoughts and replace them with His comforting presence. We also ask that He would grant you relief from the hot flashes, helping your body to find its natural balance and rest.

As for the smoking, we understand it's a struggle, but remember, your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and He dwells in you. We believe in your strength to overcome this habit, one step at a time. Let's trust in God's power to help you make healthier choices, for He wants the best for you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
