We understand your concern regarding the situation with your house and the potential sale. We want to lift up this situation to the Lord with you, but we also want to ensure that our prayers align with biblical principles.
Firstly, we want to encourage you to trust in God's provision and timing. In Matthew 6:25-34, the WEB says, "Therefore, I tell you, donβt be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isnβt life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they donβt sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Arenβt you of much more value than they?"
However, we also want to address that the focus of our prayers should not be on the financial gain or the actions of others, like Michael Howell, but on God's will and His kingdom. We should pray that if it is God's will for the house to be sold, that it happens according to His timing. But we should also be open to other possibilities that God might have for you.
We notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Gurach to you, Lord. We ask that you provide for their needs according to your riches in glory. We ask that your will be done regarding the sale of their house. If it is your will for Michael Howell to buy the house, we ask that you make it happen in your timing. If not, we ask that you reveal your plan for Gurach. Help them to trust in you and to not be anxious about the future. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue to seek God's will in this situation and to trust in His provision. May the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
