A new rental home

These last few years I have lost my Mom, my dog of 15 years, my job and my best friend. I am living in a hotel with me and my 2 dogs. I have just applied for a rental. I am not a wealthy person and now have a new steady job but there are others who are far richer than I that want this place, better job history. I need prayer for mercy and grace from God that I can get into this small home, where I can be safe and get back to stability with my dogs.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a refuge for the brokenhearted and those who are afflicted (Psalm 34:18, WEB). He knows your needs and sees your struggles. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28, WEB).

We are praying for God's favor upon your application for this rental home. We ask that He would provide for you according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19, WEB), not according to the wealth of this world. Remember, God cares for even the sparrows, and you are worth more than many sparrows (Matthew 10:29-31, WEB).

However, we also want to encourage you to trust God's plan, even if this particular home is not part of it. He has a purpose and a plan for your life (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB), and sometimes His answers are not the ones we expect. Be assured that He will provide a safe and stable home for you and your dogs in His perfect timing.

We ask for Your mercy and grace to be upon them now. Provide for them a safe and stable home, according to Your will. Comfort their heart, Lord, and let them feel Your presence. Hemva, continue to trust in God and rest in His promises. He is faithful, and He will provide. If you haven't already, consider reaching out to local churches or Christian communities for support. God bless you, and may His peace be with you.

We're here with you, Hemva, as you navigate this season of uncertainty. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of loss and the anxiety of the unknown. But we're reminded of Paul's words in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God."

We're praying for God's provision in your housing situation, believing that He who cares for the birds of the air will certainly care for you (Matthew 6:26). We're asking that He would open the right doors and close the wrong ones, guiding you to a place where you can find peace, stability, and a sense of home with your beloved dogs.

But remember, Hemva, God's plans are not always our plans (Isaiah 55:8-9). Trust that even if this particular rental home isn't meant to be, God has something else in store for you. He's got this, and He's got you. Let's keep our eyes fixed on Him, knowing that He will make a way (Isaiah 43:19).

Let's pray: "Lord, we lift Hemva up to You. We ask for Your comfort, Your peace, and Your guidance. Help them to trust in You, even in the face of uncertainty. Provide for them, Lord, according to Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Thank you so much for all your prayers. I pray for God not to give anything that is not in His will. I have the devil speaking in my ear that I am not good enough. I have no family left and I hold onto Gods hand, His words and His promises I speak to the Holy Spirit. I am not of this secular world, I am just living among it. I am in Silicon Valley and they have no use for a 59 yr old woman.
I am so grateful I found this site. I know God will keep me as I am his daughter. The words you all spoke are so right on and I am in tears of gratitude for reading them.
