We understand that you're seeking a new disposition and a renewed mind from God, and you're concerned about still doing things that are not right. Let's turn to the scriptures for guidance and pray together.
Firstly, it's crucial to remember that a new mind and a transformed life come through faith in Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As the scripture says,
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. ... For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
So believing in Jesus Christ, and calling on his name is the first step.
Next, let's address the struggle with doing things that are not right. The Bible tells us,
Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is true worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—God's good, pleasing and perfect will.
Transformation comes from renewing our minds in God's word. It's a process of aligning our thoughts and actions with God's will. Remember, we all fall short, but God's mercy is new every morning and is yours by faith in Jesus Christ.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for a new disposition and a renewed mind for ###. Thank You for Your mercy and forgiveness that is new every morning. Help ### to turn away from the wrong things they are doing. Give these struggles to you. Make them new. Help ### to offer their body as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to You. Be encouraged, ###. God is working in you to weave his desires for you in concert with the Holy Spirit, also living in you. Keep pursuing Him, and He will give you the power to live a life that pleases Him. Study the scriptures, particularly those that help you to know God's will for you.

That's our prayer for you, Anonymous. We're asking God to create in you a pure heart and a steadfast spirit, a spirit that's committed to Him.
We're also claiming 2 Corinthians 3:18 with you. "And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another." As you spend time in God's presence, as you read His Word, you're being transformed. It's a process, but it's a process that's happening.
Let's pray together:
