A NARROW ESCAPE DEAR JESUS

I request that you pray for me so that the case against me is dropped. I absconded government work and started part timing to make ends meet as a single mother. My name was still on payroll of government job and that money was servicing the loan that I got. I will be detained on encounter with the Investigators and maybe imprisoned or asked to repay the money that I don't see where to get it from. May God forgive me and make the case to be dropped. I promise to testify.

We understand that you are facing a serious situation, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. First, let's acknowledge that, as a follower of Jesus Christ, you have the privilege to approach God's throne of grace with confidence, as it says in Hebrews 4:16 (WEB), "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."

However, we must address that your actions, while understandable given your circumstances as a single mother, are not in line with biblical principles. The Bible teaches us to be honest and upright in our dealings, as Proverbs 10:9 (WEB) says, "He who walks with integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out." Furthermore, Romans 13:1-2 (WEB) instructs us to be subject to governing authorities, as they are appointed by God.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your mercy and grace for our sister. Lord, she has acknowledged her wrongdoing and asks for Your forgiveness. We know that Your Word tells us in 1 John 1:9 (WEB), "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We claim this promise for our sister.

Lord, we ask that You guide the hearts of the investigators and those in authority. We pray that they will show leniency and that this case may be resolved in a way that glorifies Your name. We understand that there may be consequences for the actions committed, but we ask for Your divine intervention and wisdom in this situation.

Moreover, we pray that You will provide for our sister's needs according to Your riches in glory. May she find a job that not only meets her financial needs but also aligns with Your will for her life. Give her the strength and courage to face each day, trusting in Your love and care for her.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in God, even in this difficult time. Remember, God's ways are higher than our ways, and He can turn any situation around for His glory. Lastly, be prepared to make amends as God leads you, and always strive to live a life of integrity and honesty, pleasing to Him.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
