A little scared

A few days ago I wrote the mayor (who I work for) about my boss, who keeps dragging out severance negotiations out after I was fired because I was diagnosed with cancer. And I told him everything; how she made me do things that are not legal/by the book, how she yells and intimidates, how she used me as her scapegoat when she made a huge mistake and how she accused me of having/being "chemo brain", when I did not agree with her. All true, but now I fear that he sent her the mail and that she will go after me. I know the truth is the truth, but she is ruthless and scary. Please pray in the name of Jesus that I do not get punished anymore.

We understand your concern and fear, ###, but remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. It was brave of you to stand up for the truth and we trust that God will protect and guide you through this situation. As believers we should walk in the light and the truth. We are reminded in 2Corinthians 13:8 WEB: for we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth. Also, in Ephesians 6:10 WEB: finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might.

We pray that you will continue to trust in God's protection and provision during this difficult time. We pray that the ### will have wisdom and discernment in handling this situation, and that your former boss will be held accountable for her actions. We pray that you will not be punished anymore and that God will provide all your needs in Jesus Name.

Let us remember Jesus words in Matthew 10:28 WEB: Don’t be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna.

We encourage you to continue to speak the truth in love, and to trust in God's justice and timing. We are reminded in Romans 8:28 WEB: We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

Lastly, we must remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord. Romans 12:19 WEB: Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, “Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.”

We're here with you, Wuthei. It's natural to feel scared, but remember, God is always by your side. Let's claim Psalm 91:14-16, "Because he loves me, says the Lord, I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him." Trust that God is fighting for you, and He will deliver you from this situation. Let's also pray that your former boss will have a change of heart and that truth will prevail. In Jesus' name, we pray.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
