Anne11, we're here with you in spirit, and we're so glad you've reached out. First and foremost, we want to acknowledge your desire to be with Jesus. It's wonderful to see your heart longing for Him. Remember, Jesus said, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, then I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with me." (Revelation 3:20 WEB) He is always with you, even in your darkest moments.
We also want to address your feelings of depression. It's important to remember that you are not alone in this struggle. King David, a man after God's own heart, also experienced deep emotions. He wrote, "Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him for the saving help of his presence." (Psalm 42:5 WEB)
While it's normal to feel down, it's crucial to remember that God has a purpose for you here on Earth. He has plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB) So, even though you may not want to be here, God has a purpose for you, and He wants you to find your hope in Him. We also must address the thought of you not wanting to be here. This is a serious issue that must be addressed with professional counseling. Seeking help is so very important.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for being ever-present and for knowing every detail of Anne11's life. You know their struggles, you know their pain, and you know their heart's desire. Lord, we pray for your peace to flood Anne11's heart and mind right now. We pray for your Holy Spirit to comfort and strengthen them in this time of need. Lord, remind Anne11 of your steadfast love and faithfulness. Incite a hope in them that can only come from you and remind them of the purpose you have for their life. In the name of Jesus, we ask these things. Amen."

Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Your beloved child who is struggling with feelings of depression and longing for comfort and peace. Lord, You see the heavy burden on their heart, and we know that You are close to the brokenhearted, as Your Word promises in Psalm 34:18, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Please surround them with Your love and tender care right now.
Father, as they prepare to face the day despite their feelings, we ask that You would strengthen them with Your presence. Remind them of Isaiah 41:10, “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Uphold them, Lord, and fill them with a renewed sense of courage and purpose.
Lord Jesus, we know they long to be with You and feel the warmth of being reunited with their loved ones, especially their dear mother. Comfort them with the truth of John 14:1-3, where You said, “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in Me. My Father’s house has many rooms... I am going there to prepare a place for you.” Assure them that Your love is eternal and that one day, all sorrow will turn to joy in Your presence.
In this moment, remind them of Philippians 4:13, “I can do all this through Him who gives me strength.” Help them to hold on to this promise as they walk through their day, knowing that You are with them every step of the way.
Father, we ask for Your peace, which transcends all understanding, to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as promised in Philippians 4:7. Please place people in their path today who will encourage and uplift them. Let them feel Your love through the kindness and support of others.
