A little over a month ago I was informed that my job would be cut from Full Time to only 2 days a week. I was devastated! It was not only my job, but my ministry. Right now, I am only taking care of the statistics for the non-profit. I moved to a completely different state in order for this job, three years ago. Less than a year ago, I bought a house, not knowing my job was possibly going to be cut (although my supervisors knew and didnt say anything). I have had some job interviews back in my home state that are in Music Ministry again but I REALLY need my house to sell... AND FAST! I don't want to loose out on a job because of this house.

Why dont rent your house and then rent something cheaper in other state? Then you could get some income. Like Rent out your current house to someone for $1000/mo and then try to rent some small apartment for your self for $700/mo. Then your tenants  would compensate your costs + you would save a bit.
