A Job for my son in law

Heavenly Father, I pray to you to please help my son in law find a better, high paying job in an environment where he feels like he belongs.
Where he works, co-workers and his boss are treating him really bad. They don't pay him for the extra work that he does, and has to pay out of his own pocket for some of the supplies, when everyone else don't have to. They keep yelling at him for things that aren't his fault, and he eats lunch alone.
I'm begging you Lord, please help him find a job where he feels appreciated.
