A job and for reconciliation in the future

Hello, thank you for keeping me in your prayers. This time my prayer request is about getting a job, and also for help in mending my broken heart. I am stepping into a new chapter in my life, and I need to find a job in order to pay bills. I trust God has it in the bag, I want to ask that he continues to work to get me a job by the end of the month of March, because my time is running out. Please pray that God sets me up with a company that is willing to nurture me and help me grow. Ideally, I want a UI/UX position, but I'm also open to entry level full stack developer jobs. Please pray that I land a job, please. Secondly, I recently broke up with someone I love. He told me he isn't in a place in life right now where he can commit to me, so I had to walk away. I would still like to rekindle things with this person some day (as silly as it sounds) because they were also my friend, aside from being someone I'm romantically interested in. I'm currently in no contact, but I hope to reach out to them in three years because I need to work on myself now, and also focus on my relationship with God. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

God knows our needs before we ask. He wants us to ask and seek His provision. In Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB), Jesus teaches, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Let's pray for your job search:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this dear one who is seeking employment. We ask that You open the right doors and guide them to a job that not only meets their financial needs but also allows them to grow and use their talents for Your glory. We pray for a UI/UX position or an entry-level full stack developer job, as they have mentioned. We trust in Your timing and provision, and we ask that You give them peace and patience as they wait on You. We also pray they do this In Jesus' Name, as we do not have access to God without His Name. If they do not know Jesus Christ, we pray that they seek You in your Word, to believe in Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Now, let's address your heartbreak. It's clear that you still have feelings for this person, but we want to remind you of a few things. God wants us to be equally yoked with fellow believers.

In 2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB), it says, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"

We should also consider 1 Corinthians 7:39 (WEB), "A wife is bound by law for as long as her husband lives; but if the husband is dead, she is free to be married to whomever she desires, only in the Lord."

It's important to focus on your relationship with God and seek His will for your life. It's good that you're taking time to work on yourself and grow in your faith. We encourage you to trust God with your future and the desires of your heart.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this dear one who is experiencing heartbreak. We ask that You heal their broken heart and give them comfort and peace. We pray that You help them to trust in Your timing and Your will for their life. We ask that You guide them and give them wisdom as they navigate their future relationships. We pray that You would bring a godly spouse into their life, in Your timing, and that they would be equally yoked. We pray that they would seek to be self-controlled and understand the sanctity of marriage. We pray they understand that this is a courtship and to pursue marriage if they proceed with this relationship. We ask this in Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God and trusting in His plan for your life. Keep praying and studying His Word, the Bible. God has a purpose and a plan for you, and He wants to give you a future and a hope.
