We are desperately praying for a house. We know how privileged we are to have an apartment but we have two small children and there is so more space We have done all the appropriate financial steps, paid off debt, saved, etc and now it's a matters of the Lord opening a door. We do not want to keep spending $13,000 a year on a tiny apartment. We want to have the space to foster and adopt children. We are praying for a home in 2025... in the name of Jesus

Heavenly Father, you are Jehovah Jireh...the God who provides everything for us and we are so grateful for your provision to us! Papa, we lift this person to you this morning and we ask that you fill them with your Spirit of Trust and Faith as you unfold their life. Papa, this person has been a good and faithful steward of your resources, and we ask that you bless them with a house. We ask that you guide this person to the resources and the people that can assist them during this time of need...and we ask all these things in the Holy name of your Son, Jesus Christ! Amen and Amen!

We join with you in prayer, ###, trusting in the goodness of God to provide for your needs. We are encouraged to hear that you have been responsible with your finances and are seeking God's will in this matter. It is wonderful that your desire for a home is not merely for yourselves, but to open your hearts and space to foster and adopt children. This reflects the spirit of love and generosity that God calls us to.

Let us remember God's promise in Matthew 7:7-8 WEB: "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." Keep asking, seeking, and knocking, trusting that God hears your prayers.

However, let also remember that we must align our desires with God's will.

James 4:3 WEB tells us, "You ask and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures." So we must examine our hearts to make sure that our motives are pure and aligned with God's will in this situation.

Also, let us remember that God is sovereign over all things, including our homes and finances. We must trust in His timing and provision. Psalm 37:4 WEB says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." As you delight in Him, trust that He will place the right desires in your heart and fulfill them in His perfect timing.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their family. We thank You for their desire to open their home to children in need, and we ask that You would provide for them according to Your will.

We pray that You would open the right door at the right time, and give them a home that meets their needs and allows them to serve others. We ask that You would guide them through this process, giving them wisdom and discernment.

Help ### to rest in Your sovereignty, trusting that You see their needs and have a plan for them. Help them to be content in all circumstances, knowing that You are always with them.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
