Clenhenn, we are grateful that you have turned to God's Word for your provisions and we stand with you in prayer. You've claimed God's promises, as it is written, "You shall eat of the fruit of your own body, the fruit of your cattle, and the fruit of your ground, in the land which Yahweh swore to your fathers to give you." (Deuteronomy 28:4 WEB)
However, let us carefully consider the heart behind our requests. The Bible teaches us to be content in all circumstances, as the Apostle Paul wrote, "I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it." (Philippians 4:11 WEB) While it's not wrong to ask for specific blessings, we should be mindful that God's plans for us might look different than our own, and His ways are always higher (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB).
It's wonderful that you desire to use wealth to spread the Gospel. Remember, God looks at the heart (1 Samuel 16:7 WEB), and He desires that we be good stewards of whatever He gives us, great or small (Matthew 25:14-30 WEB).
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your promises and for the desires of Clenhenn's heart to serve You. We ask that You provide for all of their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB). Guide them in their job, and help them to be a light for You in their workplace. If it is Your will, bless them with a home and resources to further Your kingdom. Most importantly, Lord, draw Clenhenn closer to You, and help them to be fully satisfied in Your presence. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you, Clenhenn, to continue seeking God's will in your life. Trust that He will provide for you and bless you as you walk in His ways. "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:33 WEB)
