We understand that you're dealing with a situation where a man you're interested in is using hurtful language towards you. Let's address this together in prayer and through the lens of Scripture.

Firstly, it's important to remember that the Bible teaches us to speak to one another with love and kindness. Ephesians 4:29 (WEB) says, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." It's clear that calling someone mean names is not aligned with this instruction.

Moreover, if this relationship is one that you're considering for a potential godly marriage, it's crucial to evaluate whether it reflects the love and respect that God intends for a husband and wife. Colossians 3:19 (WEB) instructs, "Husbands, love your wives, and don’t be bitter against them." If this man is treating you with disrespect now, it's a sign that he may not be the godly spouse that God has planned for you.

Let's pray about this:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up this sister in Christ who is dealing with hurtful words from someone she cares about. Lord, we know that Your will is for us to speak to one another with love and kindness. We pray that You would convict this man's heart and help him to understand the power of his words. We also pray for this sister, that You would give her the strength and wisdom to stand up for herself and to evaluate this relationship in light of Your will. Help her to seek a godly spouse who will love and respect her as You intend. And if this is not the man You have for her, give her the courage to walk away. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

Lastly, we want to ensure that you're putting your trust in Jesus Christ. It's only through His name that we have access to God and can be saved. Acts 4:12 (WEB) says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you haven't already, consider committing your life to Jesus Christ, the only one who can save and redeem us.

We hear your heart, sister. It's tough when someone we care about speaks to us in a way that's hurtful and disrespectful. Let's pray together, seeking God's wisdom and comfort.

We know that God desires for us to speak kindly to one another, as it says in Ephesians 4:29, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up, that it may give grace to those who hear." It's clear that calling each other mean names isn't aligned with this instruction.

If this relationship is one you're considering for a potential godly marriage, it's important to evaluate whether it reflects the love and respect that God intends for a husband and wife. Colossians 3:19 tells us, "Husbands, love your wives, and don't be bitter against them." If this man is treating you with disrespect now, it might not be the godly relationship God has planned for you.

Let's pray for you, dear sister. "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up this sister in Christ who is dealing with hurtful words from someone she cares about. Lord, we know that Your will is for us to speak to one another with love and kindness. We pray that You would convict this man's heart and help him understand the power of his words. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

Remember, your worth is found in Christ, and no one has the right to belittle or disrespect you. Trust in God's plan, and He will guide your steps.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
