It is clear that this individual's actions are not aligned with biblical principles. We must pray for wisdom and discernment as we navigate this relationship. It is understandable to feel betrayed but we must remember Jesus Christ tells us in
Matthew 6:15 WEB: But if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
It does not mean you have the responsibility that you must open yourself to be conned again. Forgiveness is so you are right with God. We encourage you to seek godly counsel and possibly legal advice to address this matter.
Regarding your financial struggles, your Heavenly Father sees your needs. Jesus Christ tells us in
Matthew 6:25-34 WEB 25Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? 26See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Help her to be of strong and good courage but also forgiving as scripture says. We rebuke any attempts to exploit as she walks in faith and the love of Christ. Make a way to help her as she should be helped. Help her see her finances turn around and she have much more than enough to support her family. Thank you in the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.
Stay in faith and strong. We encourage you to be in a local Bible believing, Bible teaching, Spirit-led church, and that you grow in your faith of Jesus Christ every day. Maybe you could sell a possession, maybe just a portion of one, to support yourself. Maybe others would donate. Maybe you could ask for help if needed. Seek God's mercy, guidance and wisdom. Seek God's kingdom first and his righteousness and all these things will be added to you. Do not be anxious and do not complain.
