Heavenly Father,
We come before You with humble hearts, lifting up Luan, a precious newborn, to Your throne of grace. Your Word tells us in Psalm 103:3 that You are the One "who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases." Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon Luan, who is suffering from jaundice and a viral infection.
Father, Your Word in Jeremiah 30:17 promises, "For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds." We claim this promise for Luan, asking that You restore this child's health completely. Guide the doctors and medical staff with wisdom and precision, that they may treat Luan effectively and bring swift recovery.
In Psalm 41:3, it is written, "The Lord sustains them on their sickbed and restores them from their bed of illness." We pray that You sustain Luan through this challenging time and bring restoration and strength to this young body.
We also lift up Luan's family, especially the grandmother and parents, asking for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May they feel Your comforting presence and find hope in Your unfailing love.
Lord, we trust in Your mighty power and compassionate nature. We lay Luan in Your capable hands, believing that You are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). We pray all these things in the powerful and healing name of Jesus. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
