We understand that you are seeking a financial breakthrough to pay off your debts and a peaceful living environment, as your neighbors are causing disturbances. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our finances and living conditions. However, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can ask anything of God. "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." John 14:13-14 WEB. If you are not in a relationship with Jesus then you must believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household. Acts 16:31 WEB.
Regarding your financial situation, we want to encourage you with God's promise in 2 Corinthians 9:8 WEB: "God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things always, you may abound to every good work." We pray that God will provide for you abundantly so that you can pay off your debts, including your IRS debt. Remember, God's desire is for you to be financially responsible and to live within your means. "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." Romans 13:8 WEB.
Concerning your living environment, we pray that God will grant you peace and intervene in your situation with your neighbors. In Matthew 5:9 WEB, Jesus said, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God." We encourage you to be a peacemaker and to seek peaceful solutions to the disturbances caused by your neighbors.
However, we must remind you that true peace comes from God and His presence in our lives. "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful." John 14:27 WEB. Seek God's peace, and trust that He will provide a peaceful living environment for you.
