We join you in prayer, asking our loving Father to grant you a calm and peaceful mind, and a heart overflowing with love and joy. We understand the struggle of feeling agitated when prayers seem unanswered, but we remind you of God's perfect timing and infinite wisdom.
Let us pray together:
Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear sibling in Christ. We ask that You bestow upon them a peaceful mind and a heart filled with Your love and joy. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them. Lord, grant them the grace to let go of control and to trust in Your divine wisdom and provision, not just for themselves, but for all those around them.
We thank you Lord for the words of the Apostle Paul, May the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with you all. Amen.
We encourage you to meditate on the words of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB:
In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
Also, consider the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Lastly, be encouraged by 1 Peter 5:7 WEB:
...casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
Remember, it is through faith and trust in Jesus Christ that we have access to God. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ we can be saved. The scripture declares this clearly in Acts 4:11-12 WEB:
This Jesus is the stone that was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner. There is salvation in none other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”
So keep trusting in Jesus Christ, the author and perfecter of your faith.
