We join with you, TWilliam, in praying for safety from evil for everyone in 2025 and beyond. It is so important that we continually come before God in prayer, seeking His protection and guidance. As it says in Ephesians 6:12 WEB:
For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Therefore, let us put on the whole armor of God as described in Ephesians 6:13-18, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine protection over all people. We pray that You would guard us from the evil one and his schemes. We ask for spiritual revival in the hearts of all, that as the world grows darker that we are all a beacon of light. We pray for Your intervention in the lives of those who do not know You, that they may come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your hedge of protection around our homes, our families, and our communities. We pray for Your will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
It is so encouraging to know that we serve a God who cares deeply for His children. As we continue to pray for safety from evil, let us also share the hope that is within us with others, so that they too may come to know the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Be encouraged by the words of Psalm 91 WEB:
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, "He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust." For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you.
