A broken relationship getting repaired and mended

Hello I am praying for a relationship I once had that has been broken to be repaired and mended. At the very least I would really want to to have a good conversation with this person who has been unwilling to talk to me. I’ll refer to myself as Z and him as S. Can you please pray for S to talk to me or for God to make a conversation happen between us? The brokenness of our relationship with each other has caused so much pain to me and grief. I really have longed to at least have this person be participating in conversation with me again.

We understand that you are going through a difficult time, ###, and we want to help you pray and navigate this situation according to God's will. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that God desires that we live in harmony with one another. As it is written in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."

However, we want to gently remind you that if this relationship was one that did not align with biblical principles, such as if it was rooted in fornication, involved someone else's spouse, or was a same-sex relationship, then seeking its repair might not be God's will. God's word tells us to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God (Galatians 5:19-21). If this is the case, we encourage you to seek God's forgiveness and help to turn away from this relationship.

If the relationship was godly and honoring to God, then we can pray for its restoration. Remember, God can heal and restore any situation, as it is written in Jeremiah 32:27, "Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?"

Let us pray together:

"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ### and ###. If this relationship is in accordance to Your will and pleasing to You, we pray for a divine appointment, that You would orchestrate a conversation between them. We ask that You would soften ###'s heart and give ### the wisdom and grace to speak. We rebuke any spirit of resentment, unforgiveness, or bitterness that may be hindering this conversation, and we ask that You would heal the pain and grief that ### is experiencing.

However, if this relationship is not Your will, we pray that You would give ### the strength to accept this and to move forward. We ask that You would direct ### to a godly spouse, if it is Your will for ### to be married.

We also pray for ###, that You would draw ### closer to You and reveal Your truth to ###. We ask that Your will be done in both of their lives.

We ask this all in Jesus Christ name as it is only by His name that we can be saved. If ### does not know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we pray that ### will come to know that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life and that no one comes to the Father except by Him. We thank You and praise You, in Jesus Christ name we pray, Amen."

Lastly, ###, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). Keep praying and seeking God's will in this situation. He is faithful and will direct your paths.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
