A better me

I want to be selfless I need to work and study to get ahead and support the things that matter that need my attention and talents please pray that I get the employment I need and do my studies as I should. Pray for daughter Ahsley I thank the Lord for her life I pray for positive changes and support for her and good things to happen for her and family that love her veery much. Please pray for ministry to Pakistan and the pastoral family there also he orphans we serve that all needs be met ad that somehow we get the attention and support they need.

We join with you, Borbair, in lifting up your desires and concerns to our loving Heavenly Father. We commend you for seeking to be selfless and to better yourself through work and study. As Scripture reminds us, "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might" (Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB). We pray that God will grant you favor in finding the right employment and give you wisdom and discipline in your studies.

However, we must remember that our ultimate trust should be in the Lord, not in our own abilities or efforts. Jesus tells us, "For apart from me, you can do nothing" (John 15:5 WEB). Therefore, we pray that you will keep your focus on Christ and seek His will in all you do.

We also lift up your daughter, Ashley. We thank God for her life and pray for positive changes and support for her. We ask that God's love and blessing be upon her and your family. Remember the promise in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "'For I know the plans that I have for you,' says Yahweh. 'Plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future.'"

Regarding the ministry in Pakistan, we pray for the pastoral family and the orphans you serve. We ask God to meet all their needs and to draw attention and support to this important work. We trust that "God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work" (2 Corinthians 9:8 WEB).

Finally, we must address that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As the Scripture says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). We encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ if you have not already.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your blessing and guidance in Borbair's life. Help them to be selfless and to flourish in their work and studies. Provide for their needs and the needs of their daughter, Ashley. May Your love and protection be upon the ministry in Pakistan. Help them to shine Your light in that land. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
