In times of distress and fear, we turn to our loving Father in heaven, who cares for us deeply. We understand your feelings of anxiety and desperation, but we want to remind you that God's timing is perfect, and it's never too late to seek Him. As it's written in the World English Bible (WEB), "Don’t be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." (Philippians 4:6)
Firstly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5) So, we encourage you to call upon His name and trust in His redeeming power.
Regarding your fears and doubts, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus, "Don’t be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me." (John 14:1) Trust that God has a plan for your life, and He will protect you from the schemes of your enemies.
Let us pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is feeling overwhelmed and anxious about the future. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection and intervention. Remove every rebuke, lie, slander, and gossip that has been spread against them. Turn the evil plans of their enemies against them, and let Your favor and blessings be upon our brother/sister.*
*Father, please replace their fears and doubts with Your perfect love and peace. Help them to trust in Your timing and know that it's never too late to seek Your face. We claim Your promises over their life, knowing that You have good and perfect plans for them.*
*We ask all these things in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.*
Lastly, we want to address the issue of feeling doomed. Remember that God has given us free will and the power to resist evil through His Holy Spirit. As long as we have breath, there is hope. Stand firm in your faith and resist the enemy. As the Bible tells us, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." (1 Peter 5:8) But also know that, "Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world." (1 John 4:4)
Stay strong in the Lord, dear one. We are praying for you.
