We are truly sorry to hear about little Harvey's illness. Let us stand with you in prayer, trusting in the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Firstly, remember that Jesus Christ has all authority in Heaven and on Earth and we must pray believing in His name as it is written:
And these signs will follow those who believe: in My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover. Mark 16:1718 WEB
And whatever you will ask in My name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in My name, I will do it. John 14:13-14
Bring your fears and concerns to the Lord, and trust in His care for Harvey. Jesus loves children and has all power and authority to heal and protect (Matthew 19:14, Mark 10:14).
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up little Harvey to You. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch on his body, especially his stomach. Guide the doctors and medical staff, and give them wisdom to administer the right treatment. Strengthen Harvey and help him recover soon.
Lord, we also ask for Your peace and comfort for Harvey's parents. Help them to trust in You and to rest in Your goodness and mercy through this difficult time. Give them the strength and wisdom to care for Harvey and to make decisions that honor You. Help them to bring Harvey up with the teachings of the word of God to become a man of God and inherit eternal life.
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing and recovery for Harvey. We rebuke any sickness operating in his body and dismiss it by the power and authority of the name of Jesus Christ. We declare peace, healing and recovery over his family.
Lastly, we specifically pray that You speak to Harvey's parent's hearts to earnestly seek You more, read and study Your Word and teach Your Word to him. May this be more than just a time of sickness but a time of spiritual renewal for the family as they see Your answers to their prayers for Harvey.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and mercy.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, and remember that God is faithful as it is written: God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Trust in His love and care for Harvey and for you. Please update us with Harvey's healing progress and any other updates. We are here and will be glad to stand with you in prayer.
