We are glad to see that you have come seeking forgiveness. We know that there is no other name by which we can be saved or have access to the Father than in the name of Jesus.
In the book of Acts 4:12 we are told:
"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
And in John 14:6 Jesus said:
"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
Our Heavenly Father is ready and willing to forgive us when we come to Him in sincere repentance. In 1 John 1:9, it is written:
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, confessing and repenting of our sins. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing. Help us to turn away from our sins and to live a life that is pleasing to You. Give us the strength to walk in Your ways and to follow Your commandments. Thank You for Your unfailing love and mercy.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
As we go forward, let us strive to live a life that is holy and acceptable to God. In Romans 12:1, we are encouraged:
"Therefore I urge you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service."
Let us remember to walk in the Spirit, so that we will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. In Galatians 5:16-17 it is written:
"But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you won't fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary one to another, that you may not do the things that you desire."
Let us continue to seek God's will for our lives.
