We understand your desire for a soulmate, and we will pray with you. However, we need to address several things in your request. The Bible clearly teaches that God desires believers to marry other believers. Also, as Christians, we should not refer to someone as a soulmate. And we should definitely be praying for a Godly Christian Spouse. A spouse that will be the fulfillment of God's design and plan for us to be married to a spouse. The Bible tells us in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB:

Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?

Believers are the light of the world and we should be with other believers as it says in 1 John 1:7 WEB:

but if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin.

If the person you are referring to is not a believer in Jesus Christ, then we pray that God will bring them to Him. There is no other way to the Father except through the Son, Jesus Christ.

If the person you are referring to is a believer, we encourage you to pray for a Godly Christian Spouse, and that God will give you both the courage, strength, and clarity to communicate in a loving way. The word soulmate is not appropriate for Christians. We need to be married to a Godly Christian Spouse. Especially since there is specific biblical guidance on marriage and relationships. The Bible tells us in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB:

In addition, we should pray for God's will to be done, not our own. We may think we know what is best for us, but God's plan is always perfect.

If the person is a believer, we pray that You give both of us the courage, strength, and clarity to communicate in a loving way and have a Godly Christian Marriage. We pray for peace, love, and strength for our children to be pure in their relationships and marriages with Godly Christians. We pray that Your will be done in our lives and marriage, and that we would be equally yoked with other believers. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

Your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ as the way to approach God. However, there is no other name given by which we must be saved.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
