We join you in humbly bringing this request to our Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus. We pray that you will experience God's peace and guidance throughout this process.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name, as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is by His name that we approach God the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved.
Now, let us pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking admission to university. We acknowledge that You, Lord, are the door-opener, the provider, and the giver of every good and perfect gift.
We pray that if it is Your will, You would open this door of opportunity for them to transfer and pursue their graduate programs. We ask that You would smooth the path, and that Your favor would surround them throughout the admission process.
We also pray for their faith to be strengthened, that they would trust in You regardless of the outcome. We ask that You would guide them, and that they would seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to them.
Lastly, we pray for their witness as an international student. We ask that You would use them mightily in their home country and abroad, that they may be a light for You in the academic world.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Remember Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Trust that God hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will. Whether He opens this door or leads you down another path, know that He is always working for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith, to walk in obedience to God's Word, and to seek His will in all things. As you pursue your academic goals, always remember Colossians 3:23 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."
Lastly, if you have not yet done so, we encourage you to share the good news of Jesus Christ with your family and those in your home country. As you prepare for this potential opportunity, God may also be preparing you for a harvest among your loved ones. Never underestimate the power of your testimony and the light of Christ within you.
