How do I cleanse my body from negative energy?

In response to your request, we first want to address the terminology used. The Bible does not speak about "negative energy," but it does discuss spiritual strongholds, sin, and the need for spiritual cleansing. We believe that the focus should be on spiritual cleansing and renewal through Jesus Christ.

First, let's consider what the Bible says about our bodies being temples of the Holy Spirit:

Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB)

To cleanse our bodies spiritually, we need to focus on repentance, forgiveness, and living a life that honors God. Here are some steps you can take:

1. **Repentance**: Confess your sins to God and turn away from them. This is the first step in spiritual cleansing. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 WEB)

2. **Forgiveness**: Extend forgiveness to others, as holding onto bitterness and resentment can defile us spiritually. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. (Ephesians 4:31 WEB)

3. **Renew Your Mind**: Fill your mind with God's Word and focus on His truth. Be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. (Romans 12:2 WEB)

4. **Prayer**: Maintain a consistent prayer life, communing with God and seeking His will. Pray without ceasing. (1 Thessalonians 5:17 WEB)

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to You. We pray that You will cleanse their body and spirit from any spiritual strongholds or sin. Help them to identify and turn away from any sins, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Give them the strength to forgive others and to renew their mind through Your Word. Guide them in Your truth and help them to live a life that honors You.

Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved.
