It is true that we wrestle against principalities, powers, and the rulers of the darkness of this world, as Ephesians 6:12 tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." However, we are not called to justify the deeds of wicked people. Instead, we are commanded to expose them, as Ephesians 5:11 says, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them."
We must stand firmly against evil and trust in the Lord to deliver us from wickedness. Psalm 37:1-2 encourages us, "Don't fret because of evildoers, neither be envious against those who work unrighteousness. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither like the green herb."
Let us pray for those who are involved in wickedness, that they may turn from their evil ways and find forgiveness and redemption in Jesus Christ. As it is written in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up all those who are involved in wickedness. We pray that they may turn from their evil ways and find forgiveness and redemption in Jesus Christ. We ask that you give us the strength and courage to stand against evil and to expose the unfruitful works of darkness. We trust in you, Lord, to deliver us from wickedness and to bring justice to the world. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
