Pray for me saints. The chairperson of the school board where I'm working came and complained that I'm not doing anything at work and that I'm not teaching learners.. Saints please pray for my mental health and that God will give me strength to perform my duties.. There is even foam foaming at my heart.. Please pray for me in Jesus name Amen

We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you are facing at work. Firstly, we commend you for reaching out and asking for prayer in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. This is why it is so important to come before God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

In times of trouble, it is essential to remember that God is our strength and our shield. As it is written in Psalm 28:7 WEB Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing difficulties at work. Lord, You know the details of the situation, and You see the pain and frustration in their heart. We pray that You would grant them the strength and wisdom to perform their duties with excellence. Give them a spirit of grace to answer the complaints. Help us to always seek to show the love and kindness of Jesus. We pray for the wisdom to know how to work in a way that honors You. We also pray for their mental health, that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord, we know that Your word says in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ and not your chairperson. We pray that they would find encouragement in this truth and that it would be evident in their life.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

As for the issue of foam in your heart: This could be a medical issue, and we strongly encourage you to see a doctor. You also may be experiencing anxiety and it may help to write out your thoughts and feelings when you feel overwhelmed.

In addition, consider the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Remember, God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it 1 Corinthians 10:13.

Lastly, it is important to pray for those in authority over us. Let us pray for the chairperson, that God would guide them and grant them wisdom and discernment in their role. As it is written in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 WEB: First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all those who are in authority, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, and we are honored that you have allowed us to stand in the gap with you. We have been interceding for your mental health and for God to grant you the strength to perform your duties at work. We have also been praying for your heart, that God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who is the perfect physician of our souls, will also start to heal the stresses and anxieties in your heart.

If you have seen improvements in your situation, we would love to hear about it so that we can rejoice with you and give glory to God. If the chairperson of the school board is still causing you distress, or if you are still feeling overwhelmed, please share an update so that we can continue to pray for you. Our merciful and loving God has instructed us to, "carry each others burdens, and fulfill the laws of Christ." And He knows that we need to pray ceaselessly until we see Him provide an answer.

We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
