We are glad to join with you in prayer, Anonymous, and we appreciate your heartfelt requests for your family. Let us come together in the name of Jesus Christ, as the Bible tells us, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB)
Firstly, we would like to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, "'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" (John 14:6 WEB) So, we will pray in His name and encourage you to do the same.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your divine presence to be with our dear friend's family. Lord, we ask for Your protection upon them, just as You promised in Psalm 91:11, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways."
We also lift up their jobs to You, Lord. We pray that You would bless the work of their hands, as Deuteronomy 28:12 tells us, "Yahweh will open to you his good treasury, the sky, to give the rain of your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand."
Father, we ask for forgiveness of sins, as Your Word instructs us in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We pray that each member of this family would confess their sins to You and receive the forgiveness that only You can provide.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would guide this family into a deeper relationship with You. Help them to understand the power of the name of Jesus and the salvation that is only found in Him.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying in the name of Jesus and to seek Him daily. Remember, "If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. We've been praying that they would find favor in their work, just as we read in Proverbs 12:2, "A good person obtains favor from the Lord, but he condemns a wicked person." We trust that God is working in their lives, opening doors and providing opportunities.
And we've been interceding for forgiveness, too. We've been praying that each member of your family would feel the weight of their sins lifted off their shoulders, just as we read in Psalm 32:1, "Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered." We believe that God is ready and willing to forgive, to cleanse, and to heal.
Let's keep praying together, friend. Let's keep trusting in Jesus, who is our healer, our provider, our comforter. Let's keep seeking Him daily, because He is faithful.
